another day another journey...
things are ok today for sure. I just have some thoughts swirling around that I wanted to talk about.
I saw this woman on FB talking about her anxiety and I have been there before.
I have felt so much anxiety that I just wanted it all to end. That's what she was kind of talking about too.
She wanted to cover her responsibilities, take care of her children but then just have it end for her.
It's a sad thing. I am feeling quite well right now but I don't know why nature would give us such
a condition - to what end - if maybe to have us reach out to each other, bond, commiserate and help
each other and to discover all that we are. Sometimes anxiety becomes the total focus and thankfully
I've gotten through it.

I also wanted to talk about how sometimes outside of work and when I'm at home, I am not really sure how to relate to the world. I think maybe it's common to wonder how know how to relate?
Sorry this is indulgent - but I guess like when I get home and I eat my meal, I just kind of glue myself to the TV
and sometimes don't budge and fear 'missing out' - it's stupid - and I am getting over it. I kicked my butt out the door
and went to the bakery and got a coffee. Talked briefly to Linette behind the counter who's kind of giving me a hard time
about attempting to be vegan. It doesn't fit her world view..."Do YOU FEEL BETTER?" she asked?? (bitch) hehe
Then on my way home I thought how pretty soon I will have two feline angels waiting for me...and it will be my family. :)
So that's all that's on my mind today. Each day brings a new journey.

You sound good. Glad to see it.
Thanks Becky!
Of course it's indulgent. It's your personal journal, silly goose. It's supposed to be indulgent.
"Missing out" with TV? Is that even possible any more? Whatever I'm watching at any given moment, I always assume I'll be able to find it at a more convenient moment. If I remember what I was watching, at all. I seldom do.
Whatever their denomination, I enjoy giving foodites a hard time, too. Everybody needs a hobby. . . Personally, I'm on the Gratitude Diet. If I get to eat today, I am grateful.
