Another Christmas
The house is very quiet this Christmas Day. We celebrated with the children and husbands last night and so they are doing their own thing today.
I write with a grateful and thankful heart. Steve is doing ok but is losing a lot of weight. He needed to lose some but he is now looking kinda thin in the face and legs. He is very pale but is in good spirits and continues to be an encouragement to me. I am so very grateful to have him another Christmas.
We had a stress test last week and it appeared normal but when we saw the cardiologist he said his heart rate did not get high enough to tell anything and scheduled him a another study with an injection of dye. Steve does not want to go with anything else. I am letting him do what he wants. What can they do anyway? I don't think he would want to have surgery. (So it will be in God's hands if his time comes) He has had several EKGs and all have been normal.
I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. I love you, (my cyber friends) very much.

So sorry to hear that Steve is losing so much weight. Any idea why? Heart issues are scary, but God can handle those, dear one. Hang in there and cherish each day.

Love the way you said \"we\" had a stress test. I used to do the same kind of thing.......our guys are unlucky in one way but lucky in others - Steve has YOU and you are a blessing to him.

Hello Wanda, It is a blessing that you and Steve could have a quiet Christmas together and I know you are embracing that time as much as possible.
