another bad side from tx

For the six weeks or so after tx I felt better each week. Since then been going down hill. Now I have joint pain, muscle aches, fatigue and loss of any motivation. It isn’t as bad as tx sides but close. My body temperature has been running 2 to 4 low. I went to my liver Dr and he said everything looks good, GP did blood test and said everything looks good. So I went to an Endocrinologist. Endo doc says tx and/or immune system damage thyroid. I’m now on Thyroid meds- maybe for life. I hope that is the problem. Been doing the drug for a month but no help yet
 I’ve been reading a lot about post tx patients that are affected for years with debilitating side effects. I guess this goes along with the flu like symptoms they warned us about.  The good news is it doesn't effect many this way
