Another bad day

I'm not doing too well again today. I felt so bad this morning, I had to use my light box. I'm glad I did, though. I think it's helped me feel better than I would have. Still, it's not going to be a good day.
I'm leaving my emoticon as "Horrible" because I know that's how I'm going to feel overall today.
