Angry email!!!

I recieved an emial from my college, it was from my career adivisor. What good she has done. It was one of those computerized generic ones that gets sent out to mulitple people at once. It was talking about how their new process seems to be working so great and they have placed a lot of people in jobs. they wanted people to start filling out surveys to make them look good. I felt really angry and could feel the red hot move up my head. This new procces is instead of sending ME the apps to fill out, they are sending the resumes straight to the employers for interveiws and job offers, and I was not informed of this change! It explained that they call and send out email for eveyr resume they send out. and I have not recieved any. So that means they have not placed me on this list, nor have they asked me if I wanted to be on it. They claim to be my career adviser for the rest of my working life as long as im in the medical feild. So their should have been no reason for me to be pushed off the list only after 5 1/2 months... I wrote a huge email explaining that I would like to be included and I tried my best to keep it polite. But Im am so fed up with this college. How can they get such good reveiws and accredidations? They never have kept a promise and they tangeled me up with a shitty work agency that doesn't do anything with me! I feel like a pencile mark they have just erased. I wasn't even good enough to get a check mark placed by me.
