Anger a alternative to sorrow.

Been battling sorrow for awhile now.  Really in a horrid funk.  Crying all the time.  
Kept busy this weekend around the house.  Groomed both dogs, that took several hours.  Took the dogs for a long walk, steam cleaned the couch and 3 throw rugs.  
My MIL called tonight as she does every Sunday.  My Tihi had an uncle pass a couple days after he did, I was sharing with her that I wasreally depressed, she shared that My Tim's aunt was having a hard time too.  
Then she proceeded to tell me that they are selling their Harley, the one that they would not have to worry about who gets it when they pass as they only have one son left.  I advised her that my Son would like to buy it, to keep it in the family.  She then informed me that they had already promised it to a collector that they had met by chance this weekend.  
So now I am pissed.  Sometimes anger is a welcome emotion.  I can't believe them sometimes.  They made sure and checked with the Son they have left before promising it to the collector.  
Our Son's are very sentimental and would try there damnedest to keep things in the family.  I don't know how I am going to tell them.  It's a bad time with our Anniversary and their Fathers Heavenly Birthday coming up.  
Now I'll try and get to sleep, it's not looking very promising.
