and yet again my struggles are back

I think it's because I'm tired. I'll chock it up that - I just drove around 80 miles

round trip and that in an of itself would make anyone whiney and cranky.

So I am not going to go with it. I'm gonna focus on the positive and my

chores around here! Woot!

That's important. Knowing your mind and body are needing 'rest' is good, and letting it go so you can rest is awesome!

Tiredness and going on little sleep is an automatic for me to know to hunker down and focus on basics until I can reset for the next day….which will be a brand new day.

Get some rest!!

That's not mental illness, Markus. That's physics and anxiety working the way nature intended. Among anxiety's natural jobs is to nag us when our physics are in need of routine maintenance.

Congratulate yourself for a job well done and listen to your nag.
Not even the craziest of us gets to rightfully blame our mental illness for EVERYTHING. Trust me. I tried.
