... and to Hell with my job.....
Well, I got rid of the car that I had a heart attack in and, for good measure, I've just given my notice at work. It's a highly stressed and demand led job and quite frankly, I've learned that there is more in life than working yourself into an early grave. At work is where I had my HA - time I got rid of yet another "scene of the Crime" as Sue has called it. No, I haven't found another job yet and as I leave in 7 x weeks time, I'm not overly panicking. Something will turn up. When one door closes, another one opens. Hopefully, I will have the common sense to take on something less demanding this time. Can't resist a challenge, though.
Feeling mighty good today. No chest pain, no tightness and no panic attacks. Been panic attack free for a week now and whilst this is good, I'm not fooled into thinking that I'll have no more. But it's better than having one every day.
So, Yay! Moving forward.....
