I am really truly amazed at how well I have done with the liquid diet!  Never in a million years would I have imagined that I could handle it.  I have wanted to fast for spiritual reasons before but never could do that so I do not understand why it is working this time.  My energy level was good today at camp....Danced for about 30-45 minutes pretty hard.....If the glycogens are not gone when I go in on Monday it will not be because I have not done my part.
