Been up since 6am. So nervous, scared, anxious, etc. Last night Joanna and I spoke briefly on the phone, and for the first time she actually said, "you need this and you have to go. you made the right decision and you really need to do this". Just confirms that my ENTIRE treatment team is on the same page. She kept asking me if I was okay, because I was crying..I said, i'll get over it and be fine just like I always am. She told me to call her tonight once I get settled in.
So there are 15 people total in the program...right now I think 13 because some discharged and only 3 of us will be IP. SO, basically after 7pm I have FREE time. Aka watch tv, use computer, phone etc. There should be no problem with accessing that all because there won't be many of us.

Okay, have 1 cat visit, 1 dog visit and then off. I'm meeting my sister at the hospital and then we are going to go to Starbucks together. Then we are going to go in together. She wanted to go so she could see where I will be. But, I'm driving myself there. No one else is coming.

I\'m glad you have an address. It is so normal to be scared and nervous but once you get there you will be fine. Hope you have good fellow inmates. Wow they don\'t give you much free time. We were off at 5 pm. Be strong and get the most out of it. Don\'t hold back. This is your chance to get your anger managed.
