An embrace for everyone
Feeling the sadness of having mental health struggles and the fact that we are all social distancing. This time is hard on all of us and sending a big hug out there to our wonderful community.

Hugs back to you Mark.
Thanks Becky!!
Hugsies.
I find myself increasingly grateful that all the psychotherapy to get me to **stop** social distancing/isolating didn't take too deeply. As I adapt to the New Normal of Coronaville, more and more, those old psychotic social distancing compulsions have me feeling like the sanest person in the store. My GKs got me a "2020 Social Distancing Champion" t-shirt for Christmas.
Should I be celebrating the fact that I am finally a Normie? Pro'l'ly not. . . I still can't even look at a mask, much less wear one, but I do carry a bandanna I can place over my mouth and nose for long enough to say, "Please increase your social distance."
Thanks Arfie and Nikki!!!
Hugs to you and social distancing length. Here's to finding the balance.
Thanks Mid!!
