(Almost) Three Months Later

It's been almost three months since my last journal entry.  It was a good summer.  My kids are back in school so I have more time during the day.  I want to get back to writing I got a fair amount done even with the kids here all the time.  Haven't felt like it as much lately.  My symptoms are about the same.  Pain/itchyness that may or may not be connected with my cycle although I tend to lean towards it is.  Some pain, burning and otherwise, but the weird wave of burning pain in my lymph nodes hasn't happened again.  I still have painful armpits from time to time but I have had that since my twenties.  No more slightly reddish discharge.  Although what prompted me to check back in was a discolored spot on my bra right where my nipple would be on the rightside.  There is no real color. It is just a darkened patch.  I first noticed back when this first started but I chaulked it up maybe mistakenly to the lotion I was using.  It made sense after all lotion will stain your clothes.  I even brought new bras because my old ones were totally worn out.  But I am not using lotion anymore and yesterday I noticed it again on the right side, now I think I have seen the spots on both sides but I am not sure.  The reason this is important is because I looked up discharge when you are not pregnant and I guess in the majority of the cases it is nothing to be concerned about but there are both benign and bad things that can cause these symptoms.  It is better if it is bilateral rather then unilateral. I guess the colors to be concerned about is clear and red.  Although even then it is uncommon for it to be something bad.  I don't know if the discharge is clear or white because it just shows up and since my bra is white it could be either.  I have never seen any discharge from the nipple itself.  I've looked.  I think I am going to try to put tissue paper on both sides and see if will make it so I can tell what color it is.  Also see if there is a pattern because I guess it can be a hormonal thing and so they want you to keep track of when and how often.  I am trying not to worry.  Both n still look the same as they did almost a year ago when this all started.  I worry about not noticing or not realizing about this symptom sooner.  Once again I am in the dark about what my level of concern should be.

It has been a year since my first symptom.  I didn't start to journal about it until after thanksgiving because it wasn't consistent just a bit of pain and itchyness here and there which is can be normal for me.  But it was a different type of itch/pain that kept coming back that made me take notice. When I first started journaling about this I thought that by now I would know what was wrong.  Maybe I do know and the doctor's are right and it is nothing.

So I do have a plan.  I will try to work the plan and then try not to worry at the same time.  Because this whole thing is not helping my anxiety at all.  I have so many other things I could worry about.  I don't need this as well.
