Almost a mom

Well, as if dealing with the stress that is going on in my relationship with my boyfriend isn't enough, I have one more issue to add to it all. See, I had been having terrible pains (like my insides were being torn out) and bleeding like I was on my period, only it was worse than normal. Well, I went to the oby/gyn today for a pap (just to make sure every thing was ok) and he informed me that I had in fact been pregnant, but miscarried the baby. How do I tell my boyfriend that I failed at carrying his baby? Do I tell him? Right now, no one but me and god knows about this and I so hurt. I want nothing more in life other than to love my boyfriend and have his children and I failed. I must have done something wrong. I just want to curl up into a ball and die.

Oh Becca, I am SO SORRY that you have to deal with losing the baby on top of everything. But FIRST YOU DID NOT FAIL! It was Gods will that this little angel stay in heaven for now. You have to believe this, you are a GREAT person and you WILL have a baby someday. If not it is NOT your fault. Love Lynn

Hi1 I\'m so sorry for your pain. I had a miscarriage too. It\'s so sad..You have not \"failed\", It\'s nobody\'s fault. Please, don\'t blame yourself.
I would probably tell bf about it. It is also a good way to find out how he really feels about you.
The appropriate reaction would be to hold you and comfort you. nothing less.
Hang in there Becca. Hugs, Nat

It was not your fault and I am sure you did not do anything wrong. God is in control not you. He had some purpose for that happening to you. We just don\'t always know what it is.
Yes I would tell your boyfriend. He deserves to know. You were both pregnant you know. He has an investment also. You should be able to share everything with him. If not then you need to really think over your relationship.

I\'m so sorry honey! But you did nothing wrong really really really!!! You know I think that women don\'t understand how common miscarriages are. My mother had 4 children . . . and 8 miscarriages. There are so many things that can cause a miscarriage, especially in the first trimester.
