allowing myself to let go and let god
arfie really helped me with this phrase guys.
But what also helped was the duality that I have been blind to see up till now.
Very often I will go deep with no conscience into an interest that I have - a "what I am into" type thing.
I haven't reconciled that with a sense of survival and how that might help me live.
Like this journal for example. I am seeing now these mentalizations have been 'what I have been into' -
but not too much consciously about spending this time and how spending this time has taken away
from me doing other things - that I might be doing.
Things are good. Feeling inspired. Very happy with my life here.
Sending peace and good vibes!

Last night god showed me some passions within me, that I hadn't really seen before -
It changed my demeanor - and when I went to serve at church this morning - it had me sloppy
in terms of my delivery of the service. I then thought about god and the concept of the 'rational service
that god gave us.' It made me see indeed that what I experienced last night was a passion (a human nature type thing)
and that it is important for me to stay rational and that is why I love god! He is my strength!
And what I was also seeing was that my mentalizations indeed are my passions manifesting in a
creative way (unbeknownst until now ) for what I might basically be predisposed to - it's dimension to my human nature
and I am grateful!! Consciousness!
Big hugs. Journal writing can be navel gazing, and easy to feel pulled into a fixation. The reliance on technology in the digital age is massive, so it is nice to have a grounding space (which is how I associate it.)
I am seeing so many incredible ways that people are connecting digital platforms into in person meetings through my community arts work. I even came across somehow who launched a bilingual journaling group that meets at coffee shops to work independently together then take breaks to socialize.
Humans need to get inventive together then be able to harness all that’s spewing out there with a semblance of balance - and it’s a full time job staying aware!!!
Big hug Marky
I agree with Arf as well...I find it can take a lot of practice to do this at least for me when things seem to be going wrong but when I do life is so much better...xo
Thanks Nikki and Jan!
