all alone in the house sun 9.18.2011

well  i did loose weight, but my butt is hugh now. cant do any of those kinds of exersises yet. have to stop eating candy chocolate i shoud say, thats how i got this fat to begin with. bro n law an their son went to ponderosa, on way back i will get a plain roasted chic sand w/ ww bread and lettuce only. thats very nice of j. he is a very sweet kid. i just wish he could get some weight off. bro n law lost one child because of abeesaty and he had a heart attck and died before they could even get somewere. its so sad . and my oldest is very very huge. they call him morbatly obeese. i hate that wording. that is very crule. i know when anyone would say something about my weight id be like you think im beg now keep it up and ill just start eating whole pies, you dont know fat. it makes you feel so small and worathless, my poor son and nefew, realy every kid except my youngest are all abeese. i dont even like that word. so im all alone here.                 its strange. never been ALL ALONE HERE EVER. its so quiet its freaking me out i tell ya. ya i found out why my shorts are so small. i have a huge butt now. ahhhhhhh!!!!!! ive never had that problum before because of the 3 flights of stairs to get home. but in this chair, i knew this would happen, just not this soon. oh well at leaste i know now.  ok, going to try to straiten up a little might not be back on till tommorow, but will for sure be on tomorow if not late toniht. going to see if j wants to watch non monster movies w/me tonight. ya never jnow. starting to get bored. oh ya did all excersises and upper body. im strong like popeye ha ha..... untill later.........
