I can't believe I ate the WHOLE THING...
The day before Thanksgiving I binged on Pannetone
I ate the whole cake of it and dranks some whiskey and spiced cider.
Then came Thanksgiving where I ate and drank even
more.
I feel such acid inside that truly I think I am having an alka seltzer moment. LOL
I'll get some good rest tonight. Just need to get healthy again!

A humorous side bar of my adolescence in the late 60's/early 70's was sitting in a bathroom stall singing, "Plop, plop, fizz, fizz, oh what a relief it is."
It pays to be able to get your thrills cheap. . .
I am nearly incapable of over-eating, but my sideline observation makes me believe rest especially restful after a binge. Rest well, my questioner.
