ahh cramps in legs nand hip sat oct 22.2011

well, its sat night. i walked today. getting cramps. now my hip hurts. had to talke some pain meds and drank the tonic water, the whole nine. not sitting in wheelchair anymoore. it hurts w/ out the extenbded legs, then i hurt. dont want to get rid of it till im way moore sure of myself. right now i have a little confidence, trying to walk moore and get used to it. nurse comes on tues. maybe she can help me figure this out. im just here on my own no proffesionals to help.  wish i quilified for any kind of p.t. but NO i have to be poor. oh well , what ya ganna do.  well, bro in law has a new holloween movie. why? the original was just fine if you ask me scared the bejesus out of me. watching the game GO CARDS!!!!!!!! it s5 to 0 us. but that means nothing. ok, mayaabe moore later or tommorow. ..........
