afternoon scribbles

I went to my family's house today after yoga. It was nice to be with them and yet I have come home now

and am pretty low. I'll chock it up to it being the holiday season - and being a single middle aged guy

I pine for things in my life, learning lessons as I go and trying to not let the darkness over ride my senses.

I wish I could talk to my therapist but here is good too. I suppose I am feeling like half a person

and maybe also- - because I have the time and luxury to reflect...anyways I'll chock it up to the holidays. :)

I've kind of been dealing with the individual (and this means flawed) sense of self I am starting to understand and see as well as the flawed nature of relationships. I am learning to step back from things

and not impose my boogie on others (if that make sense) but at the same time, I'm trying to regain my emotional footing and find some light and joy....I suppose like the spirit that moved me this morning - so this afternoon the spirit will move me as well. I'll go for a walk and hopefully gain some inspiration.

A friend told me her neighbor is an older man who lives alone and he woots and huffs on his back porch at times. I totally get it -

ok :) Peace and namaste ladies and gents! :) xx

I hold learning when, where and how to step back as one of the most important studies of life.
Not an easy study for a hyper-active curiosity such as mine. . . But that cobra is just so danged intriguing! ! !
