Adjusting my attitude

Give it to God.  I used to tell that to myself quite a lot when I was younger and going through undiagnosed parathyroid disease.  Dealt with a lot of discomfort in those years with no idea what was going on and faith helped so much.
Yesterday's bad day was just that.  A bad day.  I do not need to continue to see a health care professional I do not like.  I will pray for her. I've prayed that she learns to recognize the fear and needs in her patients and support them in all of their health needs.
I will have my kind and caring GP refer me to a neuromuscular specialist.  There are many in Wisconsin.  I will stick to the 35 minutes of moderate exercise daily.  Exhausting, but at least it will keep some level of muscle.  I will endure the discomfort in my chest and throat and let the discomforts turn my face to God.  I will be careful eating and drinking and focus on healthy choices.
I have found an encouraging online site with compassionate friends.  I have a awesome God that has a purpose for everything.
Now to get ready to vote and pack for my vacation.  10 days.  No work.  No Doctors.  A beautiful lake and the great outdoors.  Limiting moderate activity to 35 minutes will be a challenge.
