a way forward
I watched an interview the other day where the issue of divining a path forward in life
for oneself came up. The person speaking said it in terms like "We're all trying to make a way forward."
I thought that was so wise. It gave me pause and maybe saw a little light shed on what I am trying to do
with my life in the midst of, and although, I get caught in muddy waters at times.
I mentioned to my therapist that I'm trying to find a path forward for myself (inspired by this interview)
and we talked about it, and it came up, in discussion right when she suggested that I might try and create a mission statement for myself - and I really liked that idea and then I brought up the interview.
I've been thinking about 'my process' about my experience (as usual, it's what I write about here) and it's usually a way to ground myself in some maybe not so direct way - - but at points when I find things that help ground me in my life that is when I prick up my ears... Anyways along the lines of creating a path forward I find when I am alone that at times
I am trying to make for myself better experiences in life. This helps me

A mission statement for your life - that’s a good streamlined focus!
thanks Nikki!
