a silly mess. clowns, infomercials & doing nothing.

had to come here to confess........not just to the world but to myself as well. WHO AM I KIDDING? I can't do the stuff I wanna do right now. I think if I take the wreath off the door that won't take long. Take it down, put it away. And my eyes travel through the room. See the cards, see the small decorations. Again I think it won't take long........trash in the garage, tomorrow is p/u day. It won't TAKE long.
The dishes on the counter top, the clean dishes in the dishwasher.......won't take LONG. WHO AM I KIDDING?
ME, I am kidding me. I don't got any pizz in my pizzazz. I am pizz free. Who would take pizz from a nice lady like me? Without pizz i am left on my azz. 5 demerits for the naughty inference.
Do you ever think about all the energy floating around in the universe? Take bedtime tuck-in with small children for example. If each child donated just 5 minutes of their excess bedtime energy to all the energy limited citizens of the world, how much more would we be able to average on any given day, week, month, year? My niece has four young children, my other niece has 6 children.........if each of their children for a total of ten would graciously donate some of their hijinks energy to me don't you think it would be enough to cogenerate me back to the basics of daily living plus a little bit more for shopping and errands with fewer repercussions?
I would not be greedy.........I would only take 5 minutes per day per child when they are operating at full capacity..........so 10 children times 5 minutes.....wait, my other niece has three children.......busy and energy rich as well.........so what is 13 times five? hmmmm, that is 65 minutes, a whole hour and five minutes a day.............WOW. now how to make this silly wish a reality for me and you and others too.
i would bet that many parents would be grateful for a little more time each day once their wonderful energetic sweeties fall asleep. i bet we could get area day cares to sponsor us, local sports teams, dance and cheer groups..........yup,now you're getting it......we could wear a t-shirt or a bowling shirt.....it could say ENERGY SPONSORED by Coach Red's Inner City T-Ball Players Under 5 Yrs Division. I would wear it if it got me out more........up and on my feet able to do more often.......absolutely, I would wear it with pride........I would get the jersey and see if it helped me sleep better too!

think of it this way.......remember back in the old days there was a tv commercial about Welch's Concord Grape Jelly.........they would show STEAM rising off the water as they prepped the grapes to become delicious jelly. IF the STEAM alone was captured from wee busy bee children like they do with the grapes, we could be powered by their EXCESS STEAM and have another hour a day.
yes, it's silly, but it seems like some day some smart person or other will figure out a way to cogenerate this LOST ENERGY and when they do I would like to have it on record that we could all sure use some fresh steam hot off the presses.
i write a little, space out and stare a while........the stupor stare. that is one event we could do in the olympics, the vacant stupor stare.......we could out stare, out space, out fog lots of others........no way could they out do us in this event.......we could gain world class recognition for drifty, unfocused space time.........brain foggers of the world unite! sorry, i get carried away.....if you tell the guys in the white lab coats they may carry me away..........i'm just being silly and mean no harm.......i would like a horn, a tiara and a sparkly string of beads...........my boss used to always send us a king cake from New Orleans.......one year I actually got the baby........YAY ME!!!!! even if you don't really believe in luck.....who wants to turn down free luck???? not me.......the baby was very very little, about 1/2 the size of my thumbnail.......do you have any special New Year's Eve traditions in your area or within your own home?
i have been drinking water like it's going out of style. i try to push to do and then i just go back and sit and go off into nah nah land. the connection to regular tv is out. John, at satellite dish world is sending me another receiver and a fix it guy should be here by the week-end maybe to set it up. in the meanwhile i am watching marathon episodes of Law & Order via netflix.
by the time we got off the phone I knew he used to live in Athens, GA, studied and got his degree from Auburn University - he asked me if I knew of any good leads on jobs............he likes his current job, but wants a career based position. i used to help people find employment as part of my career. it always made me feel good to help find someone a position. always and always.
we were on the phone a long time trying to figure out ways to make regular tv come back online. also that he is a big fan of REM, loves going to concerts, thinks I'm a hoot - i enjoyed the impromptu conversation, he is the only person I spoke to on NY's EVE. he was a nice young man........!
laughing.........even my brain needed a sleep break from Law & Order. I had my first INFOMERCIAL Dream..........in the dream my hair was two different colors........a bad yellowy orange color on the left side and a really odd bright strawberry on the right. It was cut short in lots of layers.........I had this device, some kind of curling iron that would spin the hair - make it curl and shine simultaneously. As I used the device my arms, neck, shoulders were all hurting.......I was seated in a stylists chair with the big drapey cloth over me........and a big round mirror in front of me........I could see the lights, cameras, staff................I woke up and felt SO RELIEVED. My arms, shoulders were all tensed up from the dream....................seriously you know your life is off road when you dream in infomercial vision..........that is too messed up!
I'll take dreams over a commercial every time......I will say this, when my hair was all curled it was light, springy & had a glorious shiny clown-like aura........the bad colors work well for clown work, all i need now is an appointment with a make up lady at PT BARNUM & BAILEY CIRCUS......a little red nose, the big shoes and a colorful costume. nice imagery, can you see yourself as a CLOWN all ready to perform at the circus? mercy!!!!!!!!!!!
gonna refill my water bottle and go back to the power chair. wrap up in red blankie heaven, put the cushy thing behind my head and see what is going on in the mean streets of New York City. .........i tried watching several romcoms and that didn't work. i tried watching a documentary and felt sadding.......so this is good for now. more medicine to relieve the pressure in my head, ears, throat and ahhhhh, lights, action, camera.......! night, love ya, hugs, prayers ........sparrow

So you had an infomercial dream. It sounds like to me that you are trying to become Miley Cyrus or Lindsay Lohan with that hair style. LOL
Sure know what you are talking about when you discuss borrowing energy from little ones. Just spending two hours with my g\'kids wears me out & that is just from watching them from a recliner.
My hope for 2014 is to get a tune-up - maybe some new spark plugs, a new battery, some points & plugs & if needed a new alternator. Get the emission system checked on & the PCV valve replaced. Maybe even upgrade my gasoline from 87 grade to 93 grade. Throw in a shot of WD-40 to help in those sticky places. Might also help with a coating of Armor All & some Turtle Wax for a new shine.
I refer to my energy level as my \"functional capability\" & of late it has been almost off the meter but not in the good way. Barely registering on the meter reader. Probably not enough juice in my body these days to turn on a one watt candle.
The question for both of us - where or when does it end. What can we do to recharge ourselves? That\'s why I\'m hoping for a better 2014 than 2013 was for me. Feel like a snowball on a downhill path as the load just keeps getting heavier & I grow in size with each revolution.

Serce, I agree with you about little kid energy. I saw my niece\'s little 2 year old boy at Thanksgiving time. I don\'t think he sat down the entire time we visited. I said, \"If I could have his energy for just one day, I sure could get a lot done.\" I love your infomercial dream - made me laugh out loud! Most of my Christmas decorations are still up too - hey according to the old song, I think we\'re only on the 9th day of Christmas, so we\'re doing pretty good!
This is hilarious. I have been on a marathon with Law $ Order lately, too. I sure miss those earlier actors, particularly that first orisecutor guy. I tried to find Homicide Life on the Street on Netflix, but no dice. I really loved that show. I would watch the whole thing again, given the opportunity.
I am supposed to go with a couple of friends to see the new Coen Bros. movie today and I am still in bed. My arms are too tired to type, how am I going to get a shower and get dressed. I have promised myself in the new year not to leave the house looking like a bag lady whomhasn\'t had a shower in a week. Yuck. I shudder to think of my dead friends and family watching my life from the other side. They must be shocked. Or maybe.they don\'t give a damn. I sure hope so. I\'m much more exhausted then usual even and have no energy to do much if anything, then have to take days to recover from whatever Imdid do. Oh boy...
Love where you\'re going with the energy bit. Have thought of getting an infusion from grandkids but thought it would be illegal..or would it? Kidding but it would be nice to harness some of that energy. Hugs
