A sense of humor

here's the odyssey I traveled from last night to this morning. Things are now good, a sense of humor lends a good perspective:)

Last night I wrote:

Feel like a kid

Feel vulnerable though in just the unknowing of where I'm going and what I'm doing.

It's like I want a sense of omnipotence something to hold onto to protect me and prepare me and keep me ready for things.

We all have to deal with our alone time and what to make of it, (maybe I was tired last night when I wrote this and

I just couldn’t deal with anything. So sensitive and feeble feeling I was and like I was being drawn down and down into the back of my mind and body)

My mind can get lost in the emptiness of my time alone and there's not much to hold onto except for feeling and a bottomless appetite

Or perhaps I ought to revert as I did once, to where I hold onto myself as part of the decor and be in ready harmony with everything.

As it seems in my life, acceptable-like traits of my personality have to be ‘store bought’ to be valued or valuable.

Or maybe that ‘store bought’ thing is what humans respond to in how to understand things, in ourselves and others (like iconography of terms.)

Eh I'm drinking my coffee and regaining a positive attitude.

I do change an awful lot mentally and it’s challenging.

I realized I think that we're all dealing with iconography in our thoughts and lives

and having a sense of humor (that we're just human animals grasping at icons that are outside our realm of humanity) and so having flexibility about our lives and family is something saving.

Yet it's important also being aware not to start believe the negative

moods - that can happen if we don't get what we need but to remember that we do have a life that we love and care about is

important too.

So things are going good. I've got a sense of humor about relating to others in common terms knowing that nobody and nothing are perfect. Commonality and jocular are good - yet also knowing I value my own. I can relate now:).

I have a sense of the 'the need' I am throwing out there with my therapist and you guys. I am so grateful for both spaces respectively.
