A Reminder Of Powerlessness
Before I get to what happened today, yesterday I forgot to mention something I noticed while at my pdoc's.
I weighed myself while I was there, and I've gained another 6lb. Ugh! >.<
I don't know what its from, maybe from the stress of going up to NY.
Anyway! Today went fairly well. Although at around 6:30 I found myself feeling kinda out of it and on edge, restless. Then I suddenly remembered - Oh shit, I forgot to take my anxiety medication! I am supposed to take my buspar at 5:00 every day, and holy crap the effect on me when I did NOT take it was fairly intense. It took around 30 minutes for the Buspar to kick in and I could distinctly feel myself calming down.
That whole experience really brought home the fact that I am currently very dependent on medication to keep me sane.

I think you are doing awesome, I look up to you and I think you should be proud, everyone forgets once in a while and you took control and took your pills. Be very proud of yourself. Being dependant on medication now don\'t mean you will always be.
