A QUIET DAY
It is Sunday and a cloudy, cool day. I am just catching up on my journals for the day. I hope everyone is having a good morning and for those that are not my prayers go out to you.I think I am going to have a quiet day, just laze around the house, do some knitting, some rug hooking, and maybe read a little. I thought about starting my painting of the kitchen wainscoting but I am not really in that frame of mind today.Hubby just finished putting the winter tires on the car. Oh, yuck!! We decided to buy new winter tires and the rims so that we don’t have to change the tires back and forth between rims each year. Our car has huge tires, as big as trucks. It handles like a dream. But... the down side is the cost. We spent $1100.00 on the tires and rims. It would have been more if a garage put them on. Is nothing reasonably priced anymore?Well, I don’t have much else that is new and I am hungry. So I am off to have my breakfast. I wish everyone a happy day.Debbie
