a note for here
Yesterday was a really undermining day. Really upsetting and I don't want to revisit it. So, I went to work this morning and just did the best job I could do and in that I had a positive focus... not perfect of course... and no illusions about myself... but I did a good job and was satisfied with that when I could be. On my way home I realized I was kind of stepping out of work into a world where I didn't see myself as part of it. I realized I needed to 'nod' to the transition of being on my own and find things that make me feel good about myself. I like classical music so I turned that on. After an additional morning routine at the office, I realized that here I am at home on my own now and rather than dig deep into a kind of head banging I kind of would be helped if I found things that I liked and made me feel good about myself. I don't know why I had become so disconnected from that kind of math. I think though I can see some light here rather than just trying to quell the anxiety and sense of chaos which I have created so much order in reaction to it.
i wish DS.org had a yoga retreat we could all go to.
peace and have a good day.

I'm glad that you recognize that you did a good job Marky...… If feels good to know that we've applied ourselves ….. Virtual yoga means I can be fit as a fiddle....smile.... Have a good rest tonight sweetie....xo
thanks Jan!!!! xx
When I think of yoga, I only think of bare feet. It's my critical mind going. I know yoga is a good thing to do. Dunno.
Seriously, first thing I think of when I see the word "yoga" is how do they sanitize those mats from all those strangers feet?
You bring your own Matt!:)
