A New Love in My Life
My Dear Paul,
It has been a year and a couple of weeks since I lost you. I have given myself time to realize that I my life without you is not a nightmare, that I will awake to, but this is reality.
I did not imagine that I would again find someone else that I could love. But, a few weeks ago, I met someone, who I fell is truly genuine, caring, and loving. The first time Tim and I met, I felt a connection, we talked for hours and our lives are almost completly similiar. Except for the fact that he has never been married and has no children. We have decided to start seriously dating, taking it slowly, grow in our love.
He has also become a part of our family, Sarah, Zachary and Sarah's stepkids have come to know him. I will soon introduce him to your children, I believe they will come to know how special he is to me.
As a member of our family, Tim is spending the holidays with us. He does not have no real family, we have become his family.
He is also going to start attending church with us, which I see as another true blessing. Tim and I believe that God has brought us together and we want him as important part of our relationship.
Tim understands that you will always have a special place in my heart. That I will often speak of you, but I have assured him that I will not compare his love for me to how you loved me.
