a new day yellow man

here I sat a little after 1 in the morning again -  having a lot of trouble sleeping again-I will get so sleepy and go to bed and  in a hour I will wake up and pray that its morning time .only to roll over and see that its only 3 in the morn .   I get tired and its never ending and I don't know where to turn yellow man .
