a new dawn, a new day

it's going on 6:30 am.......Friday morning.  gather your wits girl.......reconnoiter within the walls of home base. 

got Christmas Stamps yesterday.  Birds in Snow.......very pretty, this signifies a commitment to digging.  digging out the Christmas cards in the box in the garage.  and baby, it's cold outside..........!

no cold garage......not just yet.  for now i'll sit here in a cozy long pink flannel nightie with tiny sprigged roses......soft pink sockadoodles on my feetsies.  concentrate. 

got the MRI done.  while i was out i went to the dollar tree then Ross. 

......i got little things at the dollar store.  making a gift basket for the OWL's Christmas Party.  it's next Wednesday.....also need to get a gift card for a young lady named Lily.  She wants a gift card from a. Ulta b. Kohl's or c. Amazon.  it's for the adopted family Christmas soup & appetizers gathering on the 18th. 

after the $Tree I went to Ross, then did a few laps at Goodwill.  I've been so closed up in this house that I needed to stretch my legs but good. 

as I was going in the $ store i looked up and mercy mercy me.......what a sky!  I wish you could have seen it.........it was glorious!  A lady helped me open up the camera feature and I motioned for her to see that sky.....so now she also took pictures.  As we stood there others began doing the same......on the sidewalk, on the road, next to their cars.  This is part of the way our world is now........we're all Japanese Tourists at heart......only now our big cameras are built into our phones and we all pretty much live here.  lol.....i'm still an idiot.

wow, i am blinking like crazy......

got dry eyes going on, need to dig out the eye drops......the mri is done, stayed until they burned me a CD copy of the results, now to make an appt with Dr. Chacha for the consult.......still no word on the dental bridge......seems like it should BE HERE by now.  I miss being able to enjoy chewing.......I want bacon.  a   l    o    t   p   l   e   a   s   e    ......i'll be like one of those cartoon pups in the bacon beggin' strips commercial.......i'll be the one howling piteously outside my dentist's office!!!!!!!! 

love you, your pal .......so thankful for heat and blankies and warm jammers and cozy slipper socks.  enjoy life......it's the little things.  the sky is getting light.  ...and so is my head......time to get some sleeps!
