A long week - Glad its over

Well, its been a long time since I've posted again.  Started on cellcept and lasted 6 days.  Dr had me quit due to nausea and pain.  A few days later I got a call from hepatologist, he did not order it and somehow when I started my cellcept they ran another hepatitis C and the viral count came back positive, not the antibodies.  I was petrified as I was ill but waited until my labwork on Tuesday for retest.  IT's NEGATIVE!!  No hep C (the odds of getting it from IVIG are 1:100,000.  So  I just don't tolerate the meds.  LOL
So maybe I can get back on a med again, since my pancreas looks good.  I'll email neurologist today.  What a nightmare.  I did start my physical therapy.  7 minutes of mild exercise supervised.  We'll see how it goes.
Reeslynn still has not been born!  Doctor estimates that she is well over 10 lbs and my stubborn daughter still wants to have a vaginal birth.  Next week she will not get a choice and doctor is going to break her water.  She is measuring at 44 weeks, but thinks she is only about 41.
Gray had his 2 year birthday on April 17.  They did his photos the Friday before.  They had more than 100 to choose from.  Of course, gee-gee gumma loves them all.  Poor little stinkpot carries on like someone is killing him when we part now.  Breaks my heart.
We still have snow on the ground and ice on the lake.  Spring may never come.  It is to be in the 60's this weekend, so lets hope.  Makes one question global warming.
Now that i am out of the hepatitis funk, I hope to post more, but no promises.  I was pretty uncommunicative, for that I am sorry, but I was stewing a bit.

great pics! I\'m sure they lift your spirits.
Glad to hear your good news. I get the \'funk\' part... I have to see the gastro guy for my liver, but it\'s not until June. So I get to think about it for the next month. oh yay. Hoping all the best for you!
Be well,

Let me know how it goes. Mine is still touch and go. I\'m starting on my cellcept again, but only one a day for now. Getting into these guys is a terribly long wait. Now I have email access, so things are so much better with communication. I pray that your liver troubles go as well as mine.

Somehow from here in Texas this seems like a short pregnancy not 44 weeks. They need to get that baby out or there. Delivering such a large one vaginally can cause a broken shoulder. Going through labor is no big deal. Either way you have a baby. You want it healthy.

A-Dorable pictures! Great news that you are negative for Hep C. Don\'t you just love that \"kick to the curb\" feeling?
Take care...Larissa
