A little tired & a little sad
Well, the mosquitoes have come out in full force. Yuck!!! The scientists say this will be a bad season for them because of the winter condition and a wet spring, just what they need to multiply. I found out there are 36 different species of the little critters and they hatch at different times during the summer so that they don’t compete for the blood supply. Isn’t that wonderful!!! Gawd, I hate those pests and then we have the influx of black flies for awhile. It makes it most unpleasant to work outdoors on a damp day or in the evenings. I spent a good part of yesterday up a ladder with a huge pair of cutting shears. Some of the trees had die of during the winter. I am not to cool about heights but Michael did the really high ones for me. Today I will cut them up into small pieces and they will go to the compost centre. This pretty much the whole day.I also cooked a whole meal on our new barbeque: roast pork, potatoes in garlic oil and a mix of veggies. I slightly burnt the veg and I cried, how ridiculous. Then Michael made a comment that the meat was a little dry, well, I exploded, really overreacted !! I just took myself upstairs and played on the computer, had a hot tub and went to bed.I think the problem with the b’que is that it runs much hotter than our other one and I was not as diligent paying attention to it I was working. But I was overly sensitive.I am up but I don’t feel really well. Hopefully, the day gets better and this feeling of sadness disappears. Where does it come from ??? Oh, if I only knew. Well, gotta go it’s time to eat so my stomach says. Be well, friends Debbie

Yes, you have to be so careful not to be bitten with West Nile around!! I fine the mosquitoes bad today because it so damp. It rained so hard yesterday and last night that the bushes around my balcony are laying low.
It\'s muggy again today, yeck. I wish we could have nice warm days with no humidity!! My A/C has pretty well been going non-stop these past few days.
I hope your sadness passes, it\'s got to be so hard for you.
Take care my friend,
hugs, Cathy
