A Good Start
Still in hospital, and probably will be until the weekend but I got the most wonderful surprise when I awoke this morning.
Rising to take care of the usual morning things, I reach for my slippers and my cane. Standing to go to the bathroom (before the roommate got to it LOL) I grab my toiletry kit, tuck my cane under my arm and walk...
...I tucked my cane under my arm. I walked the 6 feet to the bathroom without it! I did not use it coming back when I was done. The tingling in my feet is down to a tickle, so far, and my balance isn't too bad. Oh happy morning!!
