a good morning over all

I went to work today, and got into it. As I worked, I was reminded of my struggle,

but I persevered and kind of got to a place where I accepted that overall in or about myself

I have this struggle but again I was reminded of what has been said and that is "everyone has shit."

I tried to make conversation with the dairy manager who I like and I fumbled through it but c'est la vie, so it goes.

It was good to TRY to chat and so I did. I also talked to a customer who called on the phone

and that too sent me into a swirling questioning blindness but I caught myself. I don't know if I should

stop myself from questioning but I do know that if I keep grounded in the here and now, that can help

me deal more 'consciously' or 'mindfully' with what the day is offering. I have thoughts and observations that come

up but I think I'll put the "here and now" more in the forefront.

I don't feel great right now, and I feel stupid as heck - but I have to change clothes and go to the office in a few minutes

and so that is my queue to just keep on keeping on.

back from the office now. Had a productive session. Life seems to be unfolding some of thoughts today.

Stretching comfort zones is always painful, even when you take care to avoid muscle damage, but the pain be worth the gain in Arfopine. 'Tis glorious to have a comfort zone big enough to party and/or maneuver in. Pint sized comfort zones make for allot of stubbed toes and bruised elbows. I likes room to grow.
