a good morning!

I go a little crazy each new job I have,

In order to get things done. Ultimately it’s like I find myself in a new way or outlook.

I guess it makes sense?

I used to not be able to articulate that phenomenon so that’s good

In finding my own sense of meaning here at the monastery, balancing the work

at the market and routines here in the chapel, I’m finding we all find our sense

of meaning in life. Whether we have a family with children, or a commitment to work and significant others,

or living in a community like I do here.

There’s room for all different kinds of life. What’s been percolating for me lately

was the understanding of what my own valid independent life meant and how to value it.

I see myself now in the context of society with a rightful place in it.

i just might vote for the last line of this post as a great definition of humility. maybe. chewing. . .

those new outlooks are what keep me seeking new experiences. i call it, "keeping the pot well-stirred."

I for one think you are So Brave!!! You stepped out of your comfort zone of parental visits, moved several states away to a situation which I truly believe is helping your mental health being around more people, helping so many, and now into a New Job that will financially support you!

What I find challenging dear Mark is that you actually found a challenge in expressing yourself, you Do Have A Way With Words <3

So carry on, living your new life and creating situations as you go that bring you peace and balance xoxox

Something that you posted the other day about the fiddlers...I found the picture of the man and woman at the bar to be so telling of relationships...expressions on their faces, the man with his hand over hers, she staring off into space....it just touched me as being so sad, I just felt pain from the both of them....just needed to share that...the pub looks like a lovely old establishment!!!

Have a wonderful day...to you and scratches for Blue!

When I do a new job, I'm also thinking I don't really know what I get out of it at first and yet I have to figure that out - on top of
first thinking of survival - as it's all
a new experience. There's a part of me wishing I could just go on autopilot-
but I can't - I can't go on autopilot with too many things in life - - there's too much
care to be taking. I've just got to manage the anxiety :). I'd like to push some boundaries
with this kind of thought under my belt.

It sometimes takes a while to settle in and adapt to change. You are doing a good job of pacing so far. I don't know if you believe in meditation but it might help with feeling more calm for you . I have to self soothe take walks and talk to people over the phone for coping mechanisms
