a different shape!
I've really come to understand that we're
all, in this life on earth, trying to make sense of our lives
and also organize them. whether we go to a monastery
for an insular world and spiritual family or whichever.
It really is nice after a while of adjustment. I see myself
helping to do all the things that need to get done during the
day - much like i would do if I were married with a family -
it's just in a different shape! :)
things are really good here.
abbess said to me because I am always saying hi to
everyone 'that it's so important what you naturally do'
she really wants to cultivate that quality in me - so that
each person here senses they're seen and heard.
It's a great compliment to me that my greetings are
appreciated.
