a day and now a night

definitely had a good day - started thinking about the future...

I started to feel drawn towards moving up to Ojai or Ventura

when my lease is up in September...Ojai is a very hippie like

small arty town with such a good vibe...I just want good vibes...

if you know what I mean :).

No illusions though, I also know that we all can't be in perfect sync with each other and we all

have different temperaments and emotional reactions and lashing

out when stuff happens. I guess though I just want my life to 

be soothing while dealing with the ups and downs of regular life.

I just layed down to sleep and my mind started getting intense

and so I kind of had to step outside of my comfort, zen, hippie,

good vibes and start to objectify 'what works' to help me 

remember 'what do I do' to take care of getting to sleep.

So, I am eating a snack and writing a post.
