A bit about me

Hi, this is just a bit about me. I have been married for 16 years this Sept 6th. I was told at 28, after some Clomid treatment that I had pcos and would never get pregnant unless I did IVF. I remember feeling like I failed, that I was broken, defective. I was soooo heart broken for a long time. Then we decided to adopt. It was a long 3 year process with so many road blocks. Then the phone call came for our beautiful daughter who was 5 days old.so I became a mom at 38. For the next 3 years I was a mom to our amazing daughter  and so happy.  Then i found out I was pregnant in February 2017. We were shocked and surprised! I found out at 6 weeks only sadly miscarried at 10 weeks. I was told at the sonogram that the baby had stopped growing at 7 weeks and no longer had a heart beat. I was sent home to wait for the miscarriage to happen, this took a week to finally happen it was bad and I ended up in the ER. This was when the second heart ache happens they discovered it was twins. My new OB then told me to try again if I wanted to but after told him my history he ran some test. Test that my old Dr never did to confirm his diagnose of me at 28. They said my tubes were blocked but never checked them, they were not blocked. I did have irregular cycles but for the last 3 years they have been normal. So he wanted to try me on menopur and so we decided to try that and take a chance on something we grieved over and let go years ago. Its scary to say the least and I am scared to lose another baby, but I am taking a chance on fate and hoping for the best.
