A better world for butter

I spent most of the night last night dreaming I had gone back in time and introduced a revolutionary new butter injection molding process to the butter industry.  The result was that today we had butter in all kinds of amazing shapes rather than just boring squares and rectangles.  I suppose I could do a deep analysis of what the dream means, but, you know, sometimes butter is just butter.  Some dreams are odd enough that they should just be appreciated for their oddness.  Works for me.  My step-daughter was fired from her job yesterday.  She showed up late for work one too many times.  I have a feeling that there is a lot more behind the story than what she is telling us.  She has also been diagnosed as borderline and did admit to me once that she had some "anger" issues at work.  She certainly has them at home.  Borderlines can alternate between being utterly charming and being demons from hell, often within the same sentence.  We also suspect that she has been buying prescription drugs from other people and perhaps steeling some of ours (we have some good shit).  Time to start locking up our meds again. Thankfully she wasn't home last night so I didn't have to hear the tirade.  My wife, also borderline, got the brunt of that.  She was behaving odd from lack of sleep and her attention span could be meassured in seconds.  So, all in all, I've had much worse evenings. Leaving today for the Lake Michigan shore.  I don't think this trip will suck!  Hurray!  I will keep my expectations positive, despite the fact that my life has been adhering to the non-reciprocal law of expectations of late.  E.g. Negative expectations yield negative results.   Positive expectations also yield negative results. May all of your expectations yield non-sucky results.  Love and peace,Steve
