A bad job search day

Every Wednesday I spend an afternoon with my friend looking for jobs.  Both career and general.  But today she couldn't meet up because she had to work.  So I stayed home with my mom whom made me look for nothing but general jobs.  I feel like I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel, and if I don't get a job I don't know what I'll do.  In a short time, no amount of my friend's help or mom's "help" is going to help me.
