Well, I've fallen off the wagon a bit.(is there such a thing as falling off a bit, or is it either off or on?) I haven't exercised really since the zoo, just got out of the habit. Need to get back on track. Going to get on the treadmill today at least. I've been having cravings and giving in to them for the most part, but I'm on here for a bit of encouragement and I'm going to start back on the right path. My problem is getting up in the morning. I plan to get up early and do treadmill, plan healthy meals, etc then I'm so tired I can't seem to pull myself out of bed so I go about my business with no meal plans or exercise plan just winging it, and the result is predictable. I really want to get to losing more weight though. I have a long journey ahead of me and if I just sit here on the path and don't move I won't get anywhere. It's like I'm at the train station but I'm not getting on the train. I've been forgetting my meds and vitamins and stuff too, and I know that just makes it worse. I did order me some shoes that hopefully won't hurt my feet when I walk. I have such a problem with shoes, but I ordered some crocs that are designed for people recovering from an injury and they take the pressure off the foot. I'm thinking they may work for me. Plus they have the little holes so that my feet won't get so hot. (my feet always burn). That's a small step, but today I'm getting back on the right road again. I'm glad that no matter how many times we fall off the path, we can still get back on. hallelujah!
