I cant seem to follow through with anything these days. I haven't gone to Curves, I've only rode the stationary bike once and I still haven't got my house cleaned, havent bought stamps or sent out christmas cards, haven't got the dogs nails trimmed, I haven't done anything I planned. I don't know what's going on with me. Part of it could be the weather. I don't want to get up early. I sleep until 8 or 9 am. Once I slept until 11:30. I used to be up by 7-7:30 every morning, then clean the house before going over to my moms to take care of her. Today I watched my grandbabies, so I kind of had an excuse-they keep me busy! I wish I could figure out why I cant seem to follow thru with anything. I could spend a whole day just doing nothing. Id gotten so used to my days being filled with studying and school work, now that the term is over I just don't want to do anything else. I keep going to the class website wanting to see if there is anything new, but of course there's not. I am anxious for class to start again. I have an appointment to go to the cardiologist on the 29th. Hopefully there will be good news about my heart or at least there will be something I can do to make it better so I can have the surgery. I don't feel depressed, but I wonder if I am. I have suffered a loss of my dream of having the surgery and losing weight. I have not given in, I am still losing weight (extremely slowly), but I get sad when I think about when I lose weight I'm gonna.... Then I remember that I'm not having the surgery and the probablility that I will lose enough weight to matter and keep it off is very slim(ironically).

Did you know that those of us who are morbidly obese often can\'t lose weight until our Vitamin D3 levels are elevated to 60-80ng/mL? Current research indicates that year round vitamin D3 levels in the 50-80 ng/mL (or 125-200 nM/L) range support much higher levels of weight loss. Also for some reason, as obese people, we don\'t absorb it as well. So it\'s essential to get tested and keep supplementing at a high enough dose until our blood work shows that we\'re optimal. I had to take 50,000 IU once/week for 4 months to budge the weight. Now things are much easier but I still take the megadose once/week.

Many have heart issues and other complications related to obesity. I\'m not sure why you feel surgery was your only option for success but would love to hear what\'s going on and see if any of my experiences would be helpful to you where you are right now.
Remember that you are not alone.
