I'm still at my moms taking care of her and my brother. I'm exhausted but it's not as bad mentally as I feared. They found out my bro has emphazema (sp). He is having to quit smoking and he is easily irritated. He hasn't been taking it out on me, but more on my mom.My eating and exercise plan has taken a dive. I am now able to get somewhat on my eating plan again, now that I am in control of the meals somewhat. They don't like alot of healthy foods, so it's kinda hard, but i can steer that direction. I'm not able to exercise, but I am doing alot of work like laundry, making meals, stuff like that. I will not let this be the end of me. I will get back to my plan as soon as I can.
