OK, I've messed up big time. I spent 4 days at my moms and according to my scale I've gained 7 lbs.(Although, the first time I weighed it said I lost like 30 lbs.) So I know my scale is messing up, but I think the 7 lb gain is most accurate. I did pretty well (well, at least so-so), but today was the worst. I overdid it at dinner last night then today was like a feeding frenzy. I had a peach and fiber 1 bar for breakfast, then for lunch I ate a carls jr hamburger (about a million calories, I'm sure) and a soda. Then instead of saying ok I need to take it easy with the eating now and staying somewhat on track, I came home and ate 4 tacos for dinner and a frozen hot chocolate. I ordered a small but the portion seemed huge. I ate it all anyway. Then I came home and ate 3 frozen burritos. I didn't get any exercise except cleaning and going to the store and stuff. I just can't believe I've gained so much in such a short amount of time!  I understand that my moms place has alot of triggers for me. She's the one who taught me how to overeat (though I admit, I was a good student), but 7 lbs in 4 days is ridiculous.OK, so my choices are now 1.) to give up and go back to my old eating habits and be 80 lbs heavier by next summer,(which in my craziness sounds like a perfectly viable option.) or 2.) get back on the horse and start fresh. Obviously, I need to take option 2. I can't keep eating myself to death. It would so suck to have been fat all my life and never have known the freedom of being a normal weight. I'm really tired tonight (it's hard to sleep when I'm not in my own bed) so I will go to bed now, but in the morning I will get up and exercise, then I will plan a healthy day of eating right. Perhaps I can do a cleansing diet for a day or two. I'm not sure, but I will make a plan tomorrow. Right now, I'm going to bed. Blessings to all.
