Well, I ended up doing 30 steps on the treadmill last night. I was having trouble talking myself into even getting on, so even though I couldn't do the 50, I feel good about making myself do the 30. This morning I threw my back out..ouch. It's not so bad that I can't function b ut it hurts quite a bit so I may forego the treadmill today. We'll see how it goes. I overate a little today, but still much better than I had been doing. I think I'll just have a fruit smoothie for dinner and go to bed early with a heating pad on my back. Didn't get any housework done, b ut I didn't really expect to. I'm babysitting for my 14 month old twin grandbabies. That's a workout in itself!

Way to go on those 30 steps! I knew you could do it! I think babies/toddlers are the best personal trainers. With the lifting and bending and reaching and running. What more could you ask for. LOL. I have 3 of my own. Keep up the great work!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY for those 30 steps! Any effort is WORTHY! Sorry to hear about your back...hope it feels better tomorrow.

Any progress toward movement and and decrease in overeating is something to be celebrated.

Hang in there!!!!

Even though it was tough, you got yourself onto that treadmill and did 30 steps. Be proud of yourself for that! Don\'t push it with your back, and get going on it as soon as you can. Grandbabies are wonderful, but they do tend to sap the energy! I have 3 grandsons myself, 6, nine mos. and 7 weeks! Quite a crew!
Just keep thinking positive, and keep moving forward at your own pace.
