I find myself falling into a hole, my mind is in such turmoil, I'm afraid I'm having a nervous break down, but how can I do that if I'm still functioning, to what people think is normal?  I just don't know what to do anymore.

I am so sorry that you are struggling so...is there someone where you live with whom you can truly talk? A friend, a doctor, a therapist? As Nora says...writing helps, and so does talking. The people that are around you and see you as \"fine\" may be more receptive to your true feelings that you may think. I hope that you will seek someone out...and please keep coming here and sharing. Love to you and a big ole hug. Karen

This is such a challenging and exhausting path to walk. Every bit of our energy is taken.

I hope you will seek out the tools that you need and even if you are not sure finding a go to person is vital. This is too huge to carry alone and you are not alone.

FMO is here as a healing tool and I hope that you can quiet your heart and mind to find what else you may be needing. It is unique for each of us and I find that what I may need changes and evolves as I do. Maybe you are at that kind of cross road now?

Love and so many understanding hugs your way.

It is a horrible road we journey and one that throws boulders in the way, just when we were making progress. Okay, so maybe this is just another one for you, huh? Hang in there, hugs, Belinda
