I don't know what's wrong with me today, but I feel like I'm going to explode, I feel like I'm going to hurt someone or myself, not sure which, what I really want to do is go to Worcester and beat the living crap out of that little no good bitch who accused my son of raping her, now she's sending me messages on facebook telling me my son was found guilty after he committed suicide, that it went to court, how the hell do you prosecute a dead man!! And that she had a stay away order on me, wouldn't I have to get a copy of that from the courts? Doesn't this crap ever end, isn't it bad enough I lost my son, now she's got to go and tell me this shit, I'm livid, I don't know what to do or who to talk to or anything, but I've got to do something. Dear God in heaven I just want this to end, I'm not sure how much more I can go through, I've had enough. I'm sorry for the language, but I'm totally pissed off.

I do not know the law,,but I find it hard to beleive they would go ahead with a court case against your son, if he is not here... I do believe this person is doing her best to get to you and make you livid...she could have an alterier motive??or she is just that cruel... breathe in,,breathe out..((hugs)) Nora
Like Nora, I don\'t know the law but I certainly cannot see how a person can be found guilty who is not able to provide his own defense. I don\'t even think they would go ahead with the case. What would be the point? I do think that you would be wise to block this woman from your facebook and discontinue any other contact with her. Nothing can ever be gained by allowing her to bring this continued agony to you. My son, BTW, spent 3 years in prison for a consensual sex act with an underage girl. He spent the remainder of his life on the Sexual Offender List for a stupid drunken thing he did with an underage girl that he met in a bar. I often wonder if being on that list led to his use of drugs that ended his life. I will never know, but I had to let it go years ago about the girl and especially her mother. It was not the girl who wanted to press charges, it was the mother. You have enough to deal with over the death of your son. The person telling you this must just be cruel and I would discontinue any contact with her. If you let her get to you this way, you are possibly giving her the reaction that she wants.
