Kind of held back on doing a lot of things ,,,one of which has been writing on here ,,it is becoming a major chore to do much of anything. Looks like I have fallen into the trap I have been very aware of any seemingly tried hard to prevent ,,,but forces some of which are my own invention have brought me to this place ,,I think that the lack of something vital to do,,,brings on a pecular kind of stress and depression that is quite different and has a different flavor that the one brought on by things overwhelming and frantic. They are two sides of a coin so to speak,,neither of which are in the least bit ideal,,,
Essentially I go to bed very very late ,,,say three or four,,get up very late say one or if I am lucky noon,,,the day is very uneventful,,,I pay some bills,,,dream of things that I want or should do considering my situation and do not really do any of them,,,I deal with my medication which I have to ,,,clean the house which I have to as I am not the neatest person on the planet,,sort of built into the singlular gene pool perhaps,,,I get phone calls from people mostly who want sell me something ,,which I do not answer regardless,,,If they want to speak to me they leave a message,,,a statement surely of our new age,,,avoid even the good things I should be engaging in,,,
I am sure this is going to sound very socialist of me and bordering on suicidal ideation which I am not making a judgement here..I think,,that this economic situation has come with it some interesting conclusions for many of us ,,,,that being when a person reaches a certain age they are pretty much trashed which leads to all kinds of mental maladies..and or physical issues that come into play,,,take your pick,,,there are hundreds out there to pick from,,,Not to sure where I am going with this ..but there is a responsibility given to governments and governing societies that where the private sector is not capable it becomes the publics sectors duty even responsibility to be the employer of last resort ,,FDR knew this implicidly...it has never been them vs us,,rather it is them AND us,,,and no one in the halls of power seems to get it,,,,little wonder we walk about screwed to the hilt ,,

This journal is right on. So many people left hurting, and really nobody taking an interest. I don\'t believe the govt is a servant of the people anymore, as we are a servant of them. Your journal kind of sounds like you are trying to make a decision about living, like you are giving up because of age. Maybe I have the wrong idea. However, I do believe that people have a hard time finding jobs at our age.
Your journal makes it sound like you are just going through the routine of living, is this correct? I so hear you in this journal, this is so sad. To fall into the trap of staying up late and getting up late, been there and done that too. Depression such a monster! I don\'t really have anything comforting to say except that you pretty much hit things right on the head. You are very intelligent and straight to the point.
