It continues today,,, feeling somewhat better... not where I want to be ,, sort of in the "just existing" role at present.. New air cooler will be here tomorrow or Thursday at the latest ,,, unless Fed-Ex screws up the delivery again,, We'll see..
I find that it has become so easy to fall into a hole,,, and so hard to climb out ,, I have become very lazy and frustrated at my behavior,,, I am not doing anything hurtful, just virtually in nothingness,,, maybe it is just a period I have to go through ??? and it will bring me to a place that is a bit more encouraging and productive,,, cause right now ,, it ain't happening !!
