Been a few weeks since my last entry,,at least I think it was a few weeks ,,,my days seem to be running together,,,oh well...I have managed over one small crisis and it turned out to be not what I thought that it would be ,,,and turned out just fine,,,I am doing ok for the most part,,,nothing reallly new to report here ,,,it seems that the bar/pub that I frequent has moved into a small strip center by the 7-11 right by me ,,,how very convenient ,,,well the thing is that due to the location of another business they have a wi-fi bleed over,,,which is great ,,,so when there is nothing going on I am connected,,and that is pretty neat actually,,,
I continue to have some sleeping issues as I do not get to bed till very late and consequently do not get up till very late,,,my motivation to do things has fallen apart,,,I don't know if I can pull myself together enough to change it ,,,I have to come up with something that will kick me in the ass in the morning ,,,I have never reallly been a morning person anyway,,,maybe I ought to leave well enough alone ,,at least for the time being and don't ride myself so heavily on it ,,,,
This year has been very lite with storms and hurricanes in this general area ,,,hope it stays that way ,,at least until end of the season,,,The volunteer classes I do at BOC are going well enough,,,some people tend to fall asleep,,,Though most seem to get something out of the class,,and that makes it worth the effort ,,,,
I mowed some of the back and most all of the front today ,,,it is due to rain tomorrow ,,,wanted to hit it ,,before the grass gets to difficult ,,so it gives me some breathing space ,,,still have to hit the rest of the backyard this week...,,I did a lot of laundry so I am ahead for a while ,,,,cleaned up the house a bit ,,again,,,I can sure make a mess,,in such a short time ,,,Got most of the monthly billing out ,,,,have a dental tomorrow ,,,and then paying out some odds and ends ,,Sent away for Laurel and Hardy collection on DVD's ..it is late,,,again !!!

hi neil, what is the BOC. i used to volunteer up until a few months ago, at least 10 hours a week...now i\'m just foucussing on finding a job. it feels strange, but i like it. What kind of volunteering are you doing?
so you are a night owl? my son is also, since he was little, he has tried homeopathic remedies, benedryl, hypnosis..now he is a high school senior, and goes to school tired, hoping he can take late courses in college.
so, are you worried you are not motivated at the moment? ha, something will motivate you..can\'t be gung-ho all the time i suppose. i miss that feeling...art projects inspire me. do you remember what you used to say when someone would ask you when you were little..\"what do you want to be when you grow up?\"
enjoy your DVD\'s when they come in...which you\'re sure to be watching in the wee hours in the morning, ha. i\'m hooked on the show, \"big bang theory\", about the four nerdy scientists. i saw a good movie today called lawless. it is the first time that i went to a movie alone. it was based on brothers who ran a moonshine business during prohibition in the mountains. i liked it, minus the violence.
well, i know this was supposedto be about comments on YOUR journal, but since it seems not to be you in immediate need of advice or consoling, i hope you don\'t mind me being in chat mode. i think i may have a decent temp-to-perm postion. please keep fingers crossed. he said he was going to hire me. nice italian guy running a trucking business..can\'t get away from the italian men it seems, ha. but, it\'s something, better than what i\'m doing now. 9-5, M-F. have a good night, i could really go for one of your muffins, providing it is sweet. cranberry? have a good night. it was a pleasure reading your journal.
p.s. very windy here too...outdoor furniture blowing about. happy grass cutting, but stay dry pls.
