Today at work I started to cry. I don't know why. The lady who was training me thought it was something she said, I told her it wasn't. It felt good to just cry, I wasn't embarressed. I just couldn't hold in the tears for when I could get somewhere private, it just came out. I don't know why, but I feel better now. I guess I just needed them to see I wasn't well. She called our boss, but I don't care, I still feel better. All I can do is my best. ..

its not against the law to cry.
i dont think they can fire you for crying either.
least you feel kind of better.
when i was 5 in class during nap time the annoying teacher would play classical music and for some reason i cried every time... you have nothing to be ashamed of... being hungry makes everyone crabby.
