Last night
Last night you killed me twice. The first time was when you appeared in my dreams, with your evil eyes and creepy smile. Following me with your attempts o keeping me between your hands. The second time, when I woke up drenched in my own sweat, shaking over the realization that you were not only on my dreams, you were part of my reality.
Last night the wounds you left me hurt a little bit more. Not all of them are visible, but they hurt the same way. Every place your fingers touched, turned into a battlefield. A place of constant fighting, and no acceptance that they still belong to my own body. They are parts that feel dirty, used and devalued. They are parts that I would do everything in my power to get rid of. But with all the pain I get from them, I still have to take care of them, for they are my own. Even if it feels as if I was taking care of you.
Last night tears fell down again. They walked through the same path they already know. They cme out the same was as in that night, desperate, hurting and ashamed. They took me to that uncontrollable crying that took my breath away, leaving me shaken, troubled and exhausted.
"Last night", became every night since that incident. In every opportunity I've got to close my eyes, in every blink of my eyes, in every breath I take, in the beating of my heart, in the pressure of my chest. "Last night" is every night, every day, every moment. "Last night" turned to be part of my life.
